Your Marketing Tips

The new year has started and things are definitely picking up. Have you completed your planning? Just as important have you started taking the action to bring your plan to fruition?

Planning is the first step but like in building a house the best set of plans are absolutely worthless until you start digging the hole to place the footers that will support the structure. Unfortunately, doing the digging and pouring those footers is down and dirty type of work. Getting your structure started in your business is the same way. And like the footers that will support the house you are building if the structure to support your business is not built properly the top structure won’t last no matter how good it looks or fancy it seems.

Okay, lets get into what type of structure you need if you are going to be an affiliate marketer. The very first thing you will need is an education on how to market things which is why I recommend MPAM. That will teach you how to use various free and low cost marketing methods.

The second thing you will need is your own web site. I know that every affiliate program out there gives you a replicated site. Lets take a minute to look at why they do it and how it benefits them not you. The customer sees your affiliate page and considers it but is unsure about the offer. He thinks about it and decides days later that hey that really is good. I should go get that item. The next time an affiliate page for that item comes across his path he buys it and the odds are that it isn’t from your page. You did the work and someone else gets the sale.

Now if you had a web site of your own and use a splash page to collect the email address from the person by GIVING them something. It can be a free report, an ebook like “The Traffic Jam” or anything else of perceived value then you can send them the report or ebook and follow up with them. As you build credibility with them and show them a product that will solve a problem for them you can continue to follow up with them. That way when they decide that your product was worthwhile you are the one they associate with the product and guess who is much more likely to get the sale? Can you now see why having a site of your own is so valuable? It allows you to sell yourself first.

Obviously, if you are going to use this type of marketing you will need an autoresponder, This will allow you to automate the follow up of these prospects. Next issue I will talk about using an autoresponder and get into more details. We all get too much email most of the time as it is.

The first one is a speculative thing with great potential. It is the Billionaire Project. Take a look and listen to the audios. If you are interested email me for the rest of the information. Personally for the price to get in and check it out it is worth at least trying.

I am starting to build a site with Site Build It and will be reporting the results here. My initial impression is very favorable and have been very impressed with the tools they provide. This will be a long term ongoing item and I expect to have it up in a few months as if you follow their instructions the hard work is in finding a niche and my time has been somewhat limited due to the promotion I started for Profit Rally.

Program Updates

MPAM - MPAM is continuing to change but the income potential and the education are outstanding. Michael Russell has again shown the understanding of the need for a program to keep changing to continue to be a viable program in the ever changing internet.

KIOSK - Hot Conference has had a few bugs with the addition of streaming video to their rooms and that will be tested today and removed if the fix doesn’t work. Proof once again of the massive commitment Kiosk makes to supporting their products. The web hosting and up time have been simply phenomenal and as always their support has been second to none.

PROFIT RALLY - Has added some more tracking in the referral section to let you know which of your promotional efforts are working. The growth has continued and over the last week has been explosive at times. Simply the best down line builder I have found.
